SENIOR CLASS GRAD PARTY/EXPERIENCE IMPORTANT DATES & INFORMATION

• If you are a BHS senior who takes a government class online, please pick up your packet from Mrs. Rudi in the guidance office.
• If you are an Eagle Cap student, please pick up your tickets in the Eagle Cap office.

SENIOR CLASS GRAD PARTY/EXPERIENCE 

IMPORTANT DATES & INFORMATION

• Student & Parent Meeting: Tuesday, March 12th @ 6PM in BHS AUDITORIUM

This year we have decided to give you a new experience for your grad party. We visited with most of you in Government classes in October, and sent a fillable google form to you all via email.  All of the seniors who filled out this form were up for a new experience. With that said we are planning a party/experience where your class will be traveling to Silverwood Theme Park.

• The meeting will go over all the details and planning of the event. Example: Waivers that need to be signed by both you and parents.

• March 21st is a date and time frame that we would like to hear back (via email, hannahmercado33@gmail.com, angela.robb@oregonstate.edu, jenntrader83@gmail.com, text, phone call whatever that may be) from families that can't make it to the meeting on the 12th. We need to get an accurate senior count for the planning and budgeting of the Grad Party/Experience.

• We are aware there are baseball, softball, and tennis games away that night. We will find a better time to meet again with this group and any other families that can’t make it on the 12th.

• CHOOSING TO NOT ATTEND THE MEETING or NOT MAKING OTHER ARRANGEMENTS BEFORE MARCH 21st - WE WILL ASSUME THE YOU/GRADUATE IS NOT PARTICIPATING & YOU WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE GRAD PARTY/EXPERIENCE.

• Senior Party/Experience: Party at BHS Sunday, June 2nd before departure, times TBD

            Experience to Silverwood: 

• DEPART: Sunday, June 2nd 11:30/Midnight

• SILVERWOOD: Monday, June 3rd 10AM-5:30PM

• ARRIVE HOME: Midnight /1AM Tuesday, June 4th

• Last Hurrah Raffle: 

  • START SALES: Monday, March 11th 

  • FINISH SALES: Thursday, April 4th

  • RAFFLE DRAWING: Saturday, April 6th
